This discrepancy may arise from, but is not limited to, system delays in updating domain availability status or errors in the domain registration process.

In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order for a domain name that cannot be registered or is erroneously listed as available on our platform. This includes orders for premium domain names, which our service does not support. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are committed to processing refunds promptly. Our team continuously works to improve our system's accuracy and reduce such occurrences.

Non-Offering of Premium Domain Names

Our platform focuses on providing a wide range of domain registration services, except for the sale and registration of premium domain names. Premium domain names are those considered to have high value due to their short length, keyword popularity, or other significant characteristics making them highly sought after. Due to the specialized nature and often substantial cost associated with acquiring premium domain names, we do not offer these for registration or sale through our service.

Customers are advised to verify the status and classification of a domain name as premium before attempting to register it through our platform. In the event that a premium domain name is mistakenly purchased through our system, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. We encourage customers to contact our support team for assistance with domain name inquiries to avoid such issues.
